3 Super Easy Recipes for Overnight Chia Bowls

4 months ago by Solenn

If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know I’m super obsessed with chia. I put it in my morning drink, which I drink every single day, and I try to top it on other things I eat as well.

Chia seeds are rich in fiber, so they make you feel busog for a longer period of time. They’re also a great source of protein and they help boost your energy. That’s why it’s really good to have them in the morning! You can kind of set yourself up for a day of high energy and healthy eating.

And because we’re all busy and stuff, you can actually do overnight chia bowls so you can just prep the night before and take your chia bowl/jar out of the fridge the next day for an instant healthy breakfast.

Here are my personal fave recipes! You can also watch the video below to see how I make them.
