Real talk: I don’t have much of a behind. BUTT (lol) I’m proof that if you work hard enough, you can get what you want. Haha. Here are the moves that have personally worked for me to tone and lift my butt, plus strengthen my core. I’m no fitness coach, but these exercises have been effective for me so far. What works for you could be a different thing and that’s totally okay. I like to do a lot of research about what could be good for my body type, but since we all have different bodies that work in different ways, it’s not a big deal if you decide to do something else. Lol.
Anyway, before and after doing these suggested exercises, try to do a bit of cardio like a 3-km run. Then, for the actual moves you have to do, do each one for as many times as you can for 30 seconds:
– Bicycle Crunches
– Backward Lunges + Squats (Left and Right)
– Seated Hip Thrusts
If it gets tiring, don’t worry, because you can take a 1 minute break between each exercise. Do 3 rounds of everything, which will take about 15 minutes. Quick lang, right?
