One of the questions I get asked the most on Instagram is, “How do I get a flat tummy?” or “How can I get rid of my puson?”
First things first—it’s true when they say that “Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.” So if you want to flatten your tummy, you have to start by eating healthy, cutting down on the bad stuff like sugar, and drinking lots of water.
Then, you work out. But I don’t mean just doing crunches. It will be super hard to get your abs to show even if you do 1,000 crunches a day. Lol. I do a mix of different core workouts and I also add a bit of cardio to help get rid of excess fat (check out the video below). Cardio is important for losing weight all over your body, so before you do the exercises in my video, I suggest you do a 3-km run before and after. For the exercises, do each exercise as many times as you can for 30 seconds:
– Toe Toe Touch Crunches + Hip Lifts
– Plank Knee to Elbow
– Up and Down Plank
– Foot Taps
You can take a 1 minute break between each exercise. Make sure to do 3 rounds of everything for a total of 15 minutes!
