Just to get this out of the way first, I’m not a coach or a workout expert or anything like that. I didn’t study how to be fitness trainer. But I do A LOT of research on different exercises and I do what works for me.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I really love to work out, and I get asked a lot about how I squeeze in workouts with my crazy schedule.
The truth is, sometimes I absolutely don’t have time to work out. But I still try to sweat every single day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I try to discipline myself because I know that at the end of the day, there’s no secret to being fit—you just have to be consistent about working out and eating healthy.
On busy days, this is what I do: My super fast 15-minute cardio workout (check the video below). If you have more time, you can do a 3-km run before and after.
The instructions are simple. Do each exercise as many times as you can for 30 seconds. Don’t worry, you can have a 1 minute break between each exercise.
– Squat Side Kicks
– Plank with Arm Reach
– Inchworm + Push-Up
Then, do 3 rounds of everything for a total of 15 minutes. It’s fast, but it will really make you sweat, bring up your heart rate, and let your body buuuurn calories. You can also check out the hashtag #HotSosFitClub on Instagram for more of my workouts.
