Thanks for all your comments in my last workout video! I got inspired to do one more and I hope you’ll also find it helpful. This time, we’ll target what many think are their “problem areas”—the arms and abs.
To tone up these parts, I do these simple, yet challenging exercises at home (check out the video below). The instructions are the same as the one in my last workout: Do a 3-km run before and after, if you have time. Do each exercise as many times as you can for 30 seconds. You can take a 1 minute break between each exercise.
– Dumbbell Squat + Shoulder Press
– Plank with Reach Unders
– Mountain Climbers
– Plank with Hip Dips
Then, do 3 rounds of everything for a total of 15 minutes.
I’m not a workout trainer or anything, but from all the workouts I’ve done (I really love working out, just in case you didn’t notice lol), these are what work for me.
